Broad generalizations about personalities based upon people's age or appearance is the same as those based upon race, country of birth, etc... Judgments based on appearance are particularly disturbing. Judgments based on behavior are totally appropriate, but age must be taken into account. Almost everyone has misbehaved in their lives, especially when they were young.
I don't blame eBay as much as I blame my lawsuit-happy fellow Americans and the tort lawyers. I mean, just think of how offensive these items could be to someone! They will sue us, and that costs money. We're better off banning them.
When someone seeks to sue McDonald's because they are over-weight, I cringe. When a lawyer actually takes the case, I see where the problem lies.....
Just my $0.02
Now back to your regularly scheduled political, er, I mean, MV list. Speaking of which: Anyone know how many M274A3's and M274A4's were produced via the conversion process??
