The analysis on NPR radio this morning leads me to believe that even if
Arnold was a magician, he wouldn't be able to get California out of the
predictament they have gotten themselves into. From what they say, due to
the laws passed he really can't cut spending. The laws have him boxed in.
Also, he still has to deal with the same clowns who were running the
government (into the ground) with Gray Davis.
I think California could have done a bit better than to put a politically
and leadership inexperienced actor into power. Why is he any better than
Madonna? He can read a script better? California is screwed.
Once you've used anhydrous, you never forget it. That is some powerful
stuff.
I don't know how California can escape their situation. Perhaps some
federal intervention is in order. But you are right, at least Arnold likes
MVs. That is one redeeming quality!
