Tar paper under wood?

I am about to re-deck Bomb Trailer #2 with wood planks and was thinking
maybe I should put strips of tar paper between the wood and the metal frame.

The wood can hold moisture (it will be treated with deck preservative) and
the wood will move a little probably eventually wearing thru the paint on
the
wood.

What do we think?
