I just bought a hard to find generator pulley for my M38A1 from Vermont Commercial Salvage on e-bay. Didn't get it yet, but I did just win it. You have to be a little... "creative" in the way you search for parts on e-bay, but often you can find what you need at a good price.

Hi
Vermont Commercial Salvage (VT) and Seacoast Surplus (MA) have been
breaking up CUCV's by the dozen and have everything for them. Vermont
Comm Salvage is on Ebay all the time. Vtcos username or something
close, you can email them. Or just give them a call. It is sometimes
hard to get a hold of Charlie at Seacoast but he has the parts.
Glenn
rather than drill and rig up something I thought I would ask if anyone
has a source for the original type fly ring plate for my CUCV,.....I
really missed driving her,.....thanks.
