I re-read this and I'm just not sure why you stay
in NJ. We've got puffy clouds scudding across the
blue sky with warm temperatures (its 63 degrees
out) and I can't recall a bad DMV experience in
some time. The local DMV that I go to always
seems to have polite attendants that smile back
when you do, they also say 'please' and 'thank
you'. I even had a case years ago where I
brought in a registration for a vehicle that
hadn't been on the road in years and the nice
lady didn't press the issue of back taxes that
she thought I might owe.
What has New Jersy got that we don't have down here....
