transfer case vibration in M998

Hello folks,

I seem to have some vibration, which seems to originate from the transfer
case. When parked, with transmission in N, parking brake applied, the front
of the transfer case is OK, but middle/rear as well as the drive shaft in
the back are vibrating. I plan to look more into this today/tomorrow. Any
suggestions of what to look for (aside from checking GO and ATF) are very
much welcome.
