Hi Bob,
There are probably no advantages in converting back to non-turbo, but you
know that, I'm sure.
You will need the following (from the top of my head):
Intake manifold adapter with clamp and hose.
New exhaust system, including a muffler.
A different crankcase breather tube.
The settings on the fuel injection pump will have to be changed (at least
the smoke cam angle).
The timing has to be advanced 5 degrees.
Reduce the idle rpm to about 700.

You will experience less power during acceleration and will have to get used
to shifting down more often in the hills and much more exhaust smoke most of
the time.
