Hi all, thanks to the several people who responded to tell me that the fuse
is under the connector at the tank. I found a good fuse but incredibly rusty
connectors! When I ran 24V right to the pump, it was music to my ears to
hear whirring- then screeching- then back to whirring. I am guessing that
the pump is OK, just had not been run for a while. I hope!
Anyone have, or know who has, the connector (which holds the fuse) and
gasket for sale? The old one is too far gone to clean up.
Thanks also to several folks who suggested switching to an external pump,
for cost considerations, if the in tank pump was bad. Hopefully that will
not be necessary, but I will sure consider that approach if the pump is bad.
Thanks again and God bless! Gene
