Pressure switch should be replaced, if not already done. How new is fuel
pump? It ran ok after install? When you take pink wire off top of
injection pump and crank it, is it pushing fuel out bleed valve of filter.
If all is good, try just changing pressure switch.

Thanks Stu, that gives me a real good start. Fuel pump new.Filter 2 months
old. Injection pump 1 month old. Fuel pressure switch not new. I think it
may
be time to get a new one. What do you think? Thanks Shawn
