We have paved spaces in the parking lot and will have some spaces on the
turf
So if you want to be able to drive a tent stake you better get a turf
Just bring a genset and a electric jackhammer and some cold patch for the
asphalt. We used to do that at a party place that rented tents.
12" - 16" cubes of concrete poured with a loop of rebar out the top to pass
a rope through work just fine; we (NMCB24) used them exclusively in Iraq to
stake our squad tents up in Desert Storm. (Stakes don't hold in sand as fine
as talcum powder.)
