Some posts during the past week discussed sources of MV tech manuals. I have been lurking for quite a while and have never seen the following link mentioned.

Although I enter the site from a .mil domain, I believe that anyone can access the public access info. That info seems to be defined by the letter 'A' in the document URL. Anything with a 'B' or higher needs a user ID and password through LOGSA. If you're looking for M1A1 data, you are pretty limited, but if you want M35 maintenance gouge you have a lot of PDFs available to download.
