Noticed that there was a post just the other day that someone had
recommended monthly re-torque of multi-fuel head bolts on a monthly basis.
I think this was assuming that the engine was being operated at over the
recommended max rpm for extended time on the highway.
At any rate, has anyone had any experience with re-torque of the head bolts?
Will this help to stem the persistent dribbling of oil from the head to
block joints?
Does anyone have experience with using more than the recommended 130 ft-lb
torque such as on the "TD" blocks?
Thoughts??
Thanks in advance
Mark
