Now we are back into that familiar debate on what is a commercial vehicle,
RV, and whatever else you use for personal use. The FEDs should lay down
some laws on that one. How can a 45 foot 40,000 lb motorhome be an RV, yet
a 23K lb 5 ton shop van cannot be? To make things worse the BMV simply
doesn't care. As a BMV worker told me last week, "They really don't care
about customer service, only how many forms I do per day. After all they
have no competition and they know it."
