Why not just use a steering wheel puller? They are generally universal in
what they fit and it allows you to pre load the steering wheel..if it
doesn't move after you pre load it THEN wack it in the center of the hub
with the nut flush with the threads. Had to use one on a 72 Chevy PU the
other day..one wack to the center and off she popped.
