Of course...........if it was a Marine Corps vehicle then it would be a International.
Now..........I only have 25 years of research on military vehicles, am the Judging Chairman of the MVPA, have hundreds of tech manuals, hundreds of hours of research in the National Archives, have a copy of the "Summary Report of Acceptances Tank-Automotive Material, 1940-1945, have a copy of Ordnance Department Administrative and Tactical Vehicles 1940-1945 Records and Reports Section, Stock Control Branch, Tank-Automotive Center which list all tactical vehicles procured by the Armed Services in WW II..........and NONE OF THEM show a Studebaker 1 1/2 ton 6x6 being built, delivered or used by any Armed Service in WW II.
So........If this vehicle of which you speak is actually a Studebaker........then it is a very rare vehicle indeed!!!
It is indeed the "Missing Link" of military vehicles!
Please post photos of this extraordinary vehicle on the web where we all can see it..................
