With the 925 at work, it seemed to go wonderfully some times - would labour
other times - and wouldn't start still others. It was bleedin' frustrating
to troubleshoot, but it wound up being the soldered connection from the
angle-fitting to the down-tube where it goes into the fuel tank. It even
seemed tight the first time I looked at it, but when I started going through
every possibility with a fine-tooth comb, I pulled it once again and gave it
a sharp tug. It came apart in my hands.
I think Forestry got frustrated with the problem too, which is likely why
they tagged the truck as a GSA disposal candidate before we bought it.
