OK Guys,
Give Jim a break here. He simply stated what he has found on the factory application od WWII OD after several years of intense research.
He said nothing about any remote possibility that the Army had any quality control program in use at any time during WWII in the field. There have only be 2 or 3 counter
points that provided evidence to support their points on factory standardization of WWII OD paint application.
The rest of the BS flingers have just squeezed their Falstaf cans real hard, farted and said poor old Jim was full of sh-t and they had seen the Army in the field screw up
all kinds of paint jobs. DUH!!!! Jim's not talking about the field screw ups! A lot of guys here could use a plexi-otomy. You know, where the Doc cuts a hole in your
stomach and puts in a piece of plexiglass so when you got your head buried in your fart hole you can still see where you are going.
Now there you go. I just fletusedvout a line-O-Sh-t that makes very little sense too.
Wes K
