While reading the sources and documents used in the CARC report cited in my
previous message, I came across this USMC message referring to Desert Tan
686TC (stands for Temporary Coating). It was a latex coating made by a
company identified as 'Potter'. It could be applied over CARC and washed off
with a water and Ammonia mixture. Anyone know if there are other "TC"
colors?
