I will just get in early here and remind all that this is intended as a light
hearted discussion of "endearing" terms.

Lets make sure it stays that way.

I have no interest, as I am sure most list members don't, in buying into
any US Civil war (stupid term for a war, since when has war ever been civil?)
annimosity.
