Rick, I can't speak to your experiences with Congress, I
can speak to mine and it has been my experience that if
you get the right ear to listen that you can accomplish
quite a bit. Complaining on this list might make us
feel better, but it will accomplish nothing. Complaining
to Congress can do something, at least it's a shot. I've
also had to answer congressional inquiries when I was
in the service and it was never a fun thing. Everything
stopped in the unit until it was done.
