What are the differences between the M813A1 in US
Army and USMC service? Are there any gross
technical differences? I'm looking at purchasing
one from Ted Hils and it's a sweet truck as he
promised. Ran it a bit, no obvious leaks, good
colored smoke, nice sound, good power even before
he's gone through it. Its a USMC truck and I know
of the dropside bed differences in the stowage of
the bed sides and tail gate as well as the
stowage of cargo bows and bow tops. What else is
there that's different about this truck from the
M813A1 army manual I snagged from logsa?
