Here in Florida we have a "Horseless Carriage" plate that is permanent (pay once),an "Antique" plate (renew each year) and a permanent "Antique" plate (pay once) Both "Antique" plates are the same color. Go figure. I have one of each on 3 separate vehicles. Driving restrictions apply to the permanent plates.
