That's carb cleaner. Napa used the sell the good stuff, however I'm not
sure they still do. I've seen some similar stuff at Autozone, however it
is now water based. I don't know how effective it is. The older stuff
says "Known Carcinogen" on the label, but it works really well. Just don't
leave an aluminum carb in it for a few days (I went out of town). As it
eventually eats pot metal carb bodies also.
