Humvee GLOW PLUG failure.. again

Hi list, Please need a reccomendation, wonder what
happen with my humvee, before it was turn key starting
now the wail led only flashes and appear that glow
plugs don´t get any energy and I have to return to the
engine-damager starter spray. last trip I let the
bateries loose and the cable that conect the two touch
ground two times, probably the cause
the question:
    Did I burn the PCB ? or the Glow plug comptroler
that goes in the water outlet?
