Naw, it's not that new.
I wonder, though, if our old friend here in Baltimore "Gas Can Man" who's
been working various street corners for years hasn't expanded his territory
to include Aberdeen. Maybe the radio station coverage of his
entrepreneurial efforts has caused him to widen his territory.
