Lightbulb Source?

Does anyone know a source for bulbs 1683-USA and 623-USA? Or suitable
substitutions? These are what I found in the tail-lights of my M35A2 and I'm
in need of replacements.

I found one source online (Don's Bulbs) but was hoping to spend less than
$13 each.
