Brian, hook up a multi-meter to the battery and check the voltage
while the engine is running and while it is NOT running. You should
see a difference in voltage. That'll tell you if you're getting a
charge to the battery (not how much amperage) but at least that it's
getting a charge. If you aren't, then something is wonky.
