Hmmmm.....
The TM says the oil level should be 1" to 1.5" above the full mark when
cold.
The dipstick says check 1 minute after shutting down.
I can't image 1-1.5" of oil being hung up in a 1 minute shutdown engine.
By either instruction it seems the level should be above the mark when cold,
but by how much? Will 1.5" above risk blowing seals? What's best for a
465-1D motor?
