Hummer models and load weight

I am with a volunteer fire department and there is a chance
we could start getting access to hummer from surpluse.

We were told there are 5 models and only one isuited to
carry a little water (200 gal)
Is this corect?
What models will or wont work?
We would also like to use one for a rescue truck, what model
would be best suited for that task?
