Yes I put the fourteen foot aluminum box that I had on a 1978 GMC cube van.
The sides, floor and roof was skinned with 1/8 inch aluminum. Worked out
real good. I came out for about thirty eight grand and a years work.
One not nearly as good as mine IMHO, that is made in northern Indianna costs
about a hundred and thirty grand, only one axle in the rear and way less
creature comforts plus they use a smaller truck. Mine is like any
motorhome, just a little more cramped, but they can't tow a gooseneck and I
can.
I named mine " The Diesel Pusher Pusher"
