Pump diaphragm, fuel line clog, or filter clog. Could be an in tank clog or
plug too, come to think of it. But the diaphragms rot out
commonly...probably wouldn't hurt to replace it for peace of mind.
Any mechanic will be able to do it - it's very simple.
