Joe, at least he let you know that he had a problem. Many screw ups get
hidden because the culprit was afraid to tell what was done. Of course,
that ends up causing more damage than if the mistake was corrected. So,
unless you really trust someone, it is always best to confirm that what
you requested was actually done. If my safety is involved, I always
check for myself, even if it means being called, "A pain in the ass."
