To lift your shelter consider a low tech approach.
Lift the shelter with a pair of farm jacks, one end at a time inserting cribbing wood as you go, in
a crisscross pattern until the shelter is above the height of the truck bed, with the top layer of
cribbing parallel to the truck bed and the shelter resting on pipes. Now just push it into the
truck bed moving the pipes as you go.
If you're not familiar with "cribbing" it is wood blocks from 4x4 to 12x12. The jacks and cribbing
are probably available from a rental store. As an alternate for cribbing you could use shipping
pallets, I see them stacked up behind stores and businesses and I'm sure they would loan them to
you.
