I don't know who is making it but the US Army has an air conditioner kit
that is approved for the HMMWV. I spotted this interesting mod on CNN late
one night about two months ago. The Army is trying to get the troops to
keep the windows closed to prevent thrown weapons from entering the
passenger compartment. They went to AC to keep the troops cool with the
windows closed.
