That's a Cadillac-Gage V-100. Could possibly be a V-150. Vietnam era rig designed for air base security. VERY thin armor (1/4"). The location is actually very near the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, where lots of them were used in security patrolling. They have been getting rid of them recently to sheriff's depts and so on, for swat team work. Neat vehicles. Jim
