Carbon tet is quite toxic as the previous post noted. It is also
significantly
denser (1.5x) than water, so the extinguisher will feel 'heavy'
There is another hazard that should be noted. Carbon tet can react with
oxygen
to form Phosgene, a WAR GAS !!
