They have also changed the ebay rules considerably since I signed up
4 or 5 years ago to make it so they do not have to take any action
whatsoever in case of a dispute. I hired Square Trade once they took
money and sent me a email saying that the other fellow said to leave him
alone so they did. I have also received non paying bidder threats from
ebay on an item I used Paypal to pay for. Also it is possible to have
more money moving through Paypal then they will let you have in a 30 day
period and they try their best to keep the rest.
