Hi,

Sorry, this is a bit OT but a lady friend has a leaky head gasket in an '87
Toyota Corolla and has been quoted $800 to replace it. It's an old car, but
otherwise runs pretty well. Is there any point in just re-torquing the head
bolts? Is this a fair price for the Boston area? I really don't know.
