It's called a "VRV" or "Vacuum Regulator Valve" and is available through you
local Chev dealership for about USD $45-50.00. I have a GM part number
right out of their book (also used on civvy models) too -- "14057219"
VALVE, Trans Vac Reg. (Might've been superseded since my parts book came
out, but they're usually pretty good about keeping track of crossovers in
the GM computer system.)
I've had a few fail, but have yet to see a replacement one go. Just for
interest's sake, the valve's been robbed out of just about every CUCV I've
ever seen come out of Can Points all over, as though it's one of the first
items they regularly stripped out as a matter of course.
