Who does the BIG display boards for vehicles that look like data plates and
that you see in some MV show pictures? I'd like to get a display board to
go with my truck for shows and such. Naturally, I want to get one that is
made to look like a data plate and was curious as to whether or not the list
members could provide me with the names and contact information for the
various vendors that may be offering this service. I'm looking to have one
made for my M16 half-track but I don't even have the original data plate
that goes on my dashboard and the guys @ mvdataplates are telling me that it
may be a while before they do reproduction White Motors M16 main dash
plates.
So, who would be able to produce a good display board for a White M16
half-track that looks like the original data plate? If I had an original
main data plate on my dash, I would probably just go to those printing
companies that do election signs and see what they could do, but since I've
got no good example or template to go from, that isn't an option. Also, I
would expect the cost to be prohibitive to have a local printing shop get
"worked up" for my one display board.
