GreenSix is back!

Still undergoing minor changes. Most important is that the style of
owners pages has changed to a 'blog' style that owners can update
themselves.

Some owners pages have been changed - check the owners page for the
highlighted personal names. If any of those owners contact me I'll send
them the instructions on how to change their pages. Other owners pages
people send me an email confirming you are still around and I'll convert
your page.
