I have a 400Hz to 60Hz frequency converter that I'd
like to offer to this group before I find other
methods of disposal.

I don't have 400hz to check it out with, but I'm
pretty sure it works.

Here's the data..

3-phase Y
Input: 115/200VAC 400Hz
Output: 115VAC 60Hz
Weight: 39lbs

I think it's good for about 30A @ 115V 60Hz
