Yes Arthur, The previous post was "tongue in cheek" Although I don't
think it had to
do with keeping nuclear power plants out. since no one in his right mind
would attempt to build
a nuclear power plant near to active fault lines. Two of which cross
right under the CAL footbal
stadium.
