It has air brakes, and at 14,500 net vehicle weight, assuming a payload of 5
tons, it will have a GVW of 24,500, yet the ad copy claims that a commercial
driver's license is not required. The weight is not a significant factor,
until we add the 40,000 pound towed load, but any truck with air brakes
requires an air brake endorsement, an endorsement that is not available on a
driver's license, only a CDL.
