I suspect these hardline tactics will be the
undoing of the insurgency. Even today, the two
car bombs that killed mostly children are causing
a serious backlash against the insurgents. Also
notice that the Shia's are largely behaving as
well since they now have a vital stake in the
interim government. Its only the Sunni's and
outsiders that need to be dealt with. And now
that an Entire Brigade is dealing w/
samarra....expect to see a turn around.
