You're welcome Brutus!
By the way, in an hangar here in Canada at one of the
larger (by Cdn standards) bases, they have a number of
historic MV's sitting in storage.
Included among them is a postwar Triumph TRW 500
(circa 1950's), and beside it is another still in its
original packing crate.. the famous Triumph in a crate
that I heard so much about in high school...again 50$
each but ya gotta buy 10 of em...sorta deal..which of
course no-one ever got..
A photo of this (i saw it wit me own eyes by gum) was
in one of me Convoy Magazines.
Some of these were however sold off by Crown Assets
Disposal, only to find- or so im told- that some of
them during the course of their storage had sufferred
varying degrees of canibalization for parts for bikes
still in service. You know, a wheel missing, a
gastank, or headlight or something like that. Still
they'd be nice to have today.
cheers
Marc
