There is a product called Bead Cheata that you wedge in between the rim and
the tire, then turn a jackscrew to push them apart. It is expensive, but
only about the cost of 5 chiropractor visits, to put it into perspective. I
think they are around 165+. They aren't magic, and you may have to
reinstall it 2 or 3 times in various places around the rim, but it will get
you underway.
