In the army, we are expected to be able to drive in pitch black by
little or no light, so low visibilty in rain, of course.. means
little. *chuckles* We just drive slower, but we still drive, yup...
imagine driving in pouring rain on Blackout drive lamps! It's
called.. "groundguide with flashlight walking in front" or "follow the
taillight"
