Removing the engine governor on your HMMWV is not a good idea. The engine
governor is designed to help control engine speed and prevent engine
runaway.

THIS IS SOUND ADVICE !
The loads imposed on the moving parts with commpression ratios of 20:1 or
so are huge . Open up the top end limit a bit if you must , BUT be aware of
the damage you may do !

Which would you rather be--- A sitting Target , or A moving Target ?
