Which is why I'm doing what I can to get Georgia
Law changed to categorize my truck as a
"recreational vehicle" under the rules.
Ifta/IRP regs would class them as such as long as
they're use for fun. Bjorn however is using them
for income and his snare lies in the area of how
he declares his income. If he reports it as
business income, then he's subject to the FMCSA
Regs.
